Lake Badger
I went to the aquarium and sprawled out on the stones around a big pool of water, watching the otters play. It occured to me that they were adorable — kitties of the water. Since they were kitties, it was only right to go snuggle with them. I wondered if they would purr when petted. I dove into the water (yes, fully clothed) and started playing around with them. It turned out that they were super cuddly. It was pure bliss until someone (not clear who it was) informed me that there was another kind of animal that lived in the pool as well, the evil and violent lake badger. I had just sighted one, coming at me with teeth bared, when I woke up.
